An exceptional terroir

With its southern exposure and its sandy limestone soil, the Domaine de Valorgue is ideal for the production of high-quality truffles. Our 25 hectares mainly include renovated wild truffle fields and some new plantations.

"By choosing truffles from Domaine de Valorgue, you are supporting an ecological, transparent approach that complies with the requirements of organic farming."

- Patrick

What is the Organic Label?

The organic label guarantees that our truffles are grown using ecological and sustainable methods, without the use of synthetic chemicals (pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers). This process ensures production that respects biodiversity, promotes soil health and preserves the natural balance of our ecosystem.

A sustainable approach

In keeping with our commitment to the environment, we have chosen to use dwarf goats and dwarf sheep to avoid soil compaction.

These animals, adapted to delicate terrain, help maintain biodiversity and avoid chemical treatments, while preserving the natural balance of forest ecosystems.
