The organic label guarantees truffles grown ecologically, without synthetic chemicals, while respecting biodiversity and the natural balance of the soil.
The Bonzi truffle farm, run by Carole, Yvon and Patrick, offers winter (Tuber melanosporum) and summer (Tuber aestivum) truffles, available for direct sale or delivered via Chronopost and Chronofresh for optimal freshness.
We use goats and dwarf sheep to maintain our truffle fields. They naturally eliminate weeds while enriching the soil, reducing our impact on the environment.

Join us on Sunday, January 19, 2025 during the Uzès truffle weekend, on the Place aux Herbes. We will also be present between the end of January and mid-February 2025 during the Nîmes and Saint Quentin la Poterie truffle weekends.
